    These are great! I can't tell you how nice it is to find a channel where most of the videos have normal audio instead of blasting horrible techno/dance music throughout. For those of us with sensory issues, who can't listen to that noise while trying to follow a workout routine, this is much needed!
  • Honestly tried a lot of YouTube workouts but always come back to Mad. She’s the only one Who makes me feel the burn and also love all the tips she gives during the workout. Love you mad ❤ hope you’ll never stop giving us free workouts!
