  • Hi Amanda. So good to see you. That was some really good advice. I wish I was st a point where I could meet with you. I always enjoy watching your videos!! Hope you're doing well these days!! 🤗
  • I'm responding to your advice on your channel. Describing my symptoms do I have IBS, Lactose intolerant, Sibo etc. My family doctor is aware and sent me for a colonoscopy some years back. It was normal. She then suggested increasing fiber in take. This has been going on for years. And now it is continuously affecting my quality of life running to the restroom.

I felt really bloated for the past few days so I finally made a "date" with the stainless steel can you recommended in one of your previous videos. It brought back a lot of memories of me and my mother, but I fought through it and it worked. I feel much better.

I just started Phase 2 with a Functional after taking a 4 week break from a 7 week long GI synergy protocol. Now I’m on high dose Allimed + Berberine + Biocidin + a new brain inflammation supplement called SynaQuell+. Luckily was able to tell straight away I don’t handle the Biocidin well so I paused that one. Woke up this morning feeling like I have the flu and can be so hard to tell what’s what when it could be a reaction or also bad herx symptoms!

Do not blame yourself when you have a IBS episode.
  • My doctor has given up on me. He doesn't have a clue about IBS or SIBO. He'll prescribe almost any meds I want but he admitted he can't help me. I took Rifaximin for 14 days and it stopped the diarrhea but I still have constipation and incomplete bowel movements. I'm taking magnesium Citrate twice a day but it doesn't work everyday. I've lost 15lbs because I don't eat that much and I'm doing intermittent fasting. Not sure what to do next to have normal bowel movements and stop the bloating and stomach pain. At my wits end. Please suggest something.
