I'm obese and I've just started my weight loss journey. Took me an hour to complete the whole session. But I did it. I'm proud of myself ☺️ thank you so much!
  • The golden rule of 6 months applies in everything. It is very difficult for beginners to get into exercise or workouts. But if newbies can hang on for 5-6 months then it can automatically change everything. It can give you results you would have not expected. I am saying this from exp. 6 months ago I never tried to workout and from last 6 months I have been working out and trust me It has worked out a lot. I believe with effort change is possible. If you want to change your lifestyle work hard on your goal for 6-8 months and everything will start falling in place for you. I am writing this hope that it will help someone in organizing their life.

I have had these for several weeks youtube.com/post/UgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQ… and I have been really happy with them so far. I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

"Dont WISH for a good body, WORK for it" "Be stronger than your excuses" "Do something today that your future self will thank you for" Here ya go, motivation is necessary for working out. Fill yourself with motivation everyday
  • @legniak1
This is my go-to workout channel, you guys motivate me more than any other channel has. I don’t need to work out to lose weight but I suffer with depression and just having this makes me want to get after it every day. Thank you 🙏🏻

To all the mamas! This is the workout to start with! Fast, dont need much equipment! I do it while my baby is having breakfast or during my lunch break at work. Keep it up and thank you for the amazing content.!!
  • I love the fact that they have training for any level of fitness or no fit person. OMG, these two are so motivated and you can workout with them in the privacy off your home.

Week 3, been doing this workout 4-5 times a week with 15 lbs. I can already see the development of my shoulders and arms! Hopefully I can manage to do 2-3 repetitions soon!
  • @thekoncsics8340
Loved it! Straight forward; no annoying music (just a beat); no constant chatter. Perfect. And Toya... thanks for looking like real girl and not a barbie. You're what women need!
  • Thank you! Just what I needed. 15 minutes of strength training I can handle and not a lot of unnecessary talking (straight to business). New subscriber! God bless you!

Hi. I'm 58 years old and reasonably fit for my age and found this workout really useful. One comment I have is I have a bad knee and it meant I had to be ultra careful with the first few exercises: if you can refer me to other videos that don't need as much pressure being placed on the knees that would be great!
  • @HollywoodEBO
Pushed myself through this. I haven’t worked out in months. So happy I found your channel. Thank you!
