    If you drink organic milk and cheese, you will be ok as the cow is grass fed, but most farm feeds are gluten and chicken feed is gluten, I was still getting sick from them till I swapped to grass fed and organic, and butter made from vegetables,thought this might help someone ā¤
  • I am 47 and only just discovered for myself through a lot of videos and research that I have a thyroid problem and adrenal fatigue and canā€™t have gluten or dairy or anything non organic and thatā€™s just the start. Every day Iā€™m in tears and hungry due to being scared of what I can or canā€™t eat and triggering my fatigue or bloating in my stomach. At this rate Iā€™m going to end up dead either through lack of food or stress and depression

    @RebeccaHall Hang in there. šŸ’Ŗ You should still see a doctor to make sure of your condition, and get advice to improve it. Also, look into mindfulness. It keeps you focused on the moment you're in now, so you're not wishing you were in the past or overthinking your future negatively. Also find things that you are grateful for every day, and that will help to keep you from getting depressed. āœŒļø
