Yeah my story about the same after keto diet my symptoms got a lot worse, so Amanda I know you did 5 or 6 rounds of antibiotics where do you think you would be if you didn’t do them?

Almost a year ago my stool test showed I had dysbiosis and leaky gut. I research online and find gaps diet to heal leaky gut I started it after 8month still cant tolerate eggs and diary then my pain keep getting worse,i repeat the stool test still have dysbiosis and now CD. The explanation to the CD is too high protein diet and low carbs. which is true because I was eating more turkey,chicken and meat to keep me full since carrot and squash was not filing me. I have added potato and yam to my diet but still confused if i am doing the right thing. I read that starchy vegetable can worsen leaky gut and dysbiosis has they feed the bad bacteria and can continue to damage the intestinal lining.
