Gotta remember guys... Sparring is probably the most important thing!!! You need to spar. You wanna fight you have to practice fighting, on going round for round kicking, punching, blocking etc it's vital. In the street you can go for a quick finish but in the ring unless you get a good opening or whatever, be prepared to go a few rounds with someone who "pracises" fighting! Love and Respect. Kung fu forever💚❤

where is that Xu Xiao Dong guy ? why doesn't he come to Shaolin and challenge these monks ? I think he knows that these monks are for real, he'll be beaten up for sure!
