Ques 1. Problem Priority: I can't help but keep problems at the topmost priority. Is there any cunning/other important (business success etc.) element behind to keep a user on the top? I'd love to hear your perspective on the same. Watched this 2 times back to back, saving-up the third time for later. Three things description blew my mind. Thanks for that, really.
