If you want to be spiritually healthy, you need to be emotionally healthy. You can’t be spiritually mature if you’re emotionally immature. In this message, Pastor Rick Warren continues our series through the book of James by providing 10 commandments for emotional health during a crisis.

yes, i totally agree, when i was so stress and emotionally unstable, I lost alot of things because I walked in my own ways. I lost friends, ex, issue with work and family. Last year was such a horrible one that I felt nothing as if I am dead. I never ever want to have such experience anymore. I walked out from the dark valley with God whom when I prayed for peace because of heart was so heavy, he gave me the peace I am desperately wanted. I am so thankful to a beautiful God
