Wow, so right on Lorie. The problem with those of us who have been on the so-called "spiritual/New Age" path for many many years, this old program of the false matrix had become so ingrained that it's taking me a little longer than I had hoped to break through. But it is happening. I am now able to sit in my pain/sadness, etc. without pushing it away and just allow it to be. As I'm more able to do this, the feelings get alchemized and I feel centered again.

The unpleasant emotions tho have been hard to handle. It's been ongoing for The past few months with pockets but of hope but overall I've been feeling stressed and less joyful. Trying to just surrender and accept thru it white still maintaining daily gratitude. ❤️💛💚

This is very good to hear, with all the talk of ascension and that we must be high vibe for it to happen makes us feel like we are failing although we have made so much progress in our growth. when in reality, while we do our inner work we will have so many old, “lower” emotions arise in order to heal, console, release, honor them. So many times I have almost given up because of this.

There's a video of a kid going around about how he's shocked that for whatever reason, I can't remeber how it came about for him, he found out authenticity is a higher vibration than love. Whether true or not it really stuck with me and seems to go along with what you're saying here.

The feeling effecting my movement is also experiencing dense undefinable detachment truly not enjoying it . Feeling good and feeling bad are real. It is not a personal judgment.
