TW: Amazing Video By a Child Alter Who Integrates At the End (Mk Survivor w/Polyfragmented DID)

This is an amazing video, if we may say so ourselves, of a child alter who is now integrating in parts with our adult system of Katy. After 20 minutes of talking about their life, they integrate on camera in a really interesting way.

We are extremely proud of them in so many ways and proud to present their testimony of "what it is like to be a small."

We can't make a trigger warning right now, so as always, please watch with caution.

We don't recall most of what we said, but we do remember talking about integration, briefly talking about mind control, and a bunch of issues related to being a small.

We mention trauma and "bad people" who hurt us and preyed on us when we were a kid, but go into no details. There's also a part involving stuffed animals, but our alters worked really hard to be considerate of people's triggers around that.

And at one point, we talk about opiate addiction and some ways in which that can affect survivors with dissociative identities.

I hope you all enjoy listening to this precious inner child talk about their pain and find their healing. I know we did.
