Journaling with nature by Bethan Burton also comes in podcast form. I've listened to a few old episodes and liked it. I'd love to journal, but confess to being intimidated and time poor. But I've started to record every time I do something in the garden without drawing. Baby steps. I'm trying to make it a good place for hover flies and wild (bumble) bees. Although this year is so wet, I've got a snailmageddon. I think snails and even slugs are cute, but it's brutal this year...

Thanks for the video and all those resources! Not really nature journalling but a good reason to do so is the book I'm currently reading called Losing Eden: why our minds need the wild by Lucy Jones. I recommend it.
