Oh!! I didn't realize you were posting again!! So glad 🥰 You always make the most interesting videos. Ahab's Rolling Sea sounds fascinating. I've kind of been interested in reading Moby Dick for a while just for the whale facts! 😂

You love books the way I do, but you talk about them in a way i never could. Just lovely, Andrea.
  • @thiadesg
Have you read The Feather Thief? Not related to whales or dinosaurs, but there's a good chunk of interesting history of the feather trade in there and about Alfred Russel Wallace who came up with his theory of evolution at the same time as Darwin.

It may be time for me to re-read Moby Dick, and pick up a copy of Ahab's Rolling Sea, too. Then I think, Did I read Two Years Before The Mast, or not? I'm drawn to tales of the old tall ships of the 18th and 19th centuries. I read every book of Patrick O'Brien's series – called the Aubrey/Maturin Series – about the old navy of the Napoleonic era.
