    I went to one of Ms. O'Neils 10-day health retreats and it was a MOST wonderful experience. She is a WEALTH of both scientific knowledge, of how our body really works, and natural health. A most impressive person. One of the most important things we were taught was when/how to eat: "For breakfast, eat like a King; for lunch eat like a Queen; and for dinner eat like a pauper (and remember pauper's often had no food)." NOTE also that at the retreat we ate only vegetarian/vegan - NO meats. That is a good thing. In the little known book "The Gospel of the Essenes" - "lost" in the Vatican from the 3rd Century AD to 1923 and then a 2nd (validating) ancient document was found in the Dead Sea Scrolls (1946), that document contains an interview of Jesus Christ. Makes sense doesn't it that if such a special person was on this earth that his peers, the Essenes, would ask questions, write it down, make copies and do their best to protect that wisdom - that was hidden by the Vatican for 1700 years. Chris says "Don't put death into your body." Thus no meats AND no cooked foods - he clearly states this. So at the retreat we were eating, for the most part, what Christ recommended. We had some cooked grains and soups because the wisdom from Christ on how to "cook" food would be burdensome for a retreat. -- With that background, I follow the science of Dr. Satchin Panda of the Salk Institute who said these shocking words in 2018: "Sadly it is BETTER to eat an UNHEALTHY MEAL during the day because eating LATER in the evening turns even NUTRITIOUS FOOD into Junk (inflammation caused by "excess circulating glucose ECG" ALL THRU THE NIGHT. Change this one thing and you will be amazed of the benefits. Christ said to eat, per his rule, one meal with the rising of the sun and one meal with the setting of the sun. So no eating during the night AND the food He was eating was not high in sugar (ECG).
