22:07 first off I am 64. I absolutely love how steady and methodical your workouts are. I appreciate that you give instruction on exactly where my arms need to be for each lift. You remind us to not use momentum during the workout. I caused an injury in my shoulder because I was not doing my workouts correctly. I currently am using 5 to 8 pound dumbbells. My goal is to get up to 10 pounds. Thank you so much for your style of workouts.

Love your videos! I've been following your work out routine for the past 6 months now and I can see so many results. This is really nice. I did it with 2lbs dumbbells at home cause i'm a beginner and i still had energy at the end of it. It felt like i was in the gym, you are such a great instructor. I loved the workout also 💜

I really like these 15/20 minute workouts. I can bind them with other workouts. In fact this morning, I combined this with your booty and ab workout. Perfect. 50 minute workout.

I usually can make it surprisingly ok through arm workouts despite my arms being super weak (I guess the weights I use are pretty laughable haha), but this one was a killer. Love when a workout has new to me moves!
