I recently lost my father, and this song really hit me hard. It’s exactly how I feel. Some days feel like an eternity. Sometimes I don’t even know what day it is. And I’ll never, ever, get over it.

This is such a sad song but it sounds kind of upbeat and hopeful at the same time. Like it's trying to give you the strength to pick yourself up and carry on after experiencing a devastating loss.

I can't even believe this song describes perfectly the way I've been feeling for the last 8 months. It feels like a warm hug after a hard cold day. I can't even describe with words how thrilled I'm for FF's return, it's just so satisfying and relaxing. Since I've discovered this band, I began watching music from a different point of view, as a way to heal the wounds that don't stop bleeding, the bond I've made with this band it's just incredible.Someday I'll just come up from under them and feel relieved again. Up the Foos!

One of the few "celebs" that have actually made me feel incredibly sad for their passing. I remember in 2011 when I happen to come across "Back and Forth" the documentary playing on cable. I fell in love with Foo Fighters immediately after watching that. Watched it on repeat over the years. Crazy how chance works out like that. Watching every documentary, video on YouTube, listening to every song and being lucky enough to see them live a few times. I became a mega fan of the people behind the band name "Foo Fighters". So fucking sad man. RIP Hawk. You changed my life. Why am I crying before I go to work?

This song is so pretty and heartbreaking, and sounds very much like the There Is Nothing Left To Lose record. I'm finally gonna see The Foos this summer, after waiting since 1995.
