  • " If you don't become the star of your own movie of your life, you'll be an extra in somebody else's." # I felt that.

One of the important things he said: By mastering our sense of self we’re able to walk into a room where everything’s descending into chaos and retain our center. When everything’s breaking down around us with the eye of the storm, it’s like “ move, I’ll handle that”. That’s the best way that you’ll be able to handle uncertainty.

Been listening to a lot of TED talks recently while I’m doing chores and they make my mood so much better. I highly recommend them for anyone who’s trying to be in a positive mindset.

Perfectionists can be procrastinators because they haven’t failed if they haven’t tried.

"I have no clue what's going on in the world. But I have a clue what's going on in my world" OMG that's the best motivation I've ever got

I enjoyed the reminder that we will not succeed beyond the levels of our own self-perception, and we will not be loved more than we love ourselves. Powerful lessons!

Drop down the baggage of expectations, past failures, from your shoulders, it will make you feel at peace and content. Be ready for experience good or bad doesn't matter, you are here only to experience things, belive me good or bad, both will make you better in person. You can never make everyone happy and you are not here to impress people. Live your life the fullest.

I’m a perfectionist in every way, but I don’t procrastinate. I keep taking risks, so that I can keep growing. What I do instead, is to perfect my previous mistakes, or I make sure I never ever make them again. Period.

My Biggest take from this is to stop allowing the world to program my thoughts. I will rise above the negative opinions & thoughts by being selective with what I put in, I will put in only the right things that build me up. Very profound. Thank you for sharing...truly!
