  • I’m only 20 minutes into this video and it’s stressing me out so bad that it’s giving me a stomachache, yet I can’t turn it off. The judge and lawyer are both so rude. I can’t imagine being a witness and having to only say yes or no when the answer isn’t a simple yes or no. I’d be so afraid to say the wrong thing - like how they yelled at him claiming he lied about how well he knew the girl. I feel so bad for this guy. I watch these types of videos every day and I’ve never seen a witness treated this way. Telling him he’s making it more difficult than it has to be. It’s not like this guy asked to be there. Most people have never had to be a witness in a trial before. It’s probably extremely nerve wracking and this guy is doing the best he can.
  • This is crazy this judge is nuts. i have never seen a judge get in such a hurry to get through a witness. What the heck is the rush this is a murder trial.
  • I have never seen a judge interject this ferociously over the pace and detail of a testimony. This is extremely bizarre.
  • The Judge is chewing gum in court!! First time I've ever seen that! Things have changed.
  • Geeeeze, this judge and her instructions, and continually telling the witness how to respond is getting on my last nerve. 🤬🤬
  • This judge is a straight crackpot for so many reasons, rushing a murder trial because a “promise was made to the jury” is seriously unjust, in this country we are obligated to put on a fair and just trial and rushing or trying to figure out what evidence isn’t that important so she can throw it out is so unprofessional maybe she should keep her personal stories to a minimum and focus on the trial she is the one WASTING the time.
  • Earlier in this trial, I praised this judge for her thoughtful and pleasant attitude. I now recant that, she's a creep.
  • This judge is rude & condescending to these witnesses! It's nerve wracking enough being called to testify & she keeps scolding them!!
  • I don’t like how this judge is treating Mr Britt...You can tell that he is very intelligent and is trying to answer questions to the best of his ability...If I was on the jury, I would find it hard to concentrate on the testimony after she berates a witness...
  • @Qu33t
Somebody got killed and judge worried about how long the trial is...omfg
  • Geez why not schedule a trial when you don't have to rush, this is insane.
  • I think the judge is more concerned about her holiday weekend rather then insuring a fair trial. I never seen a judge who has pushed so hard for time restrictions. It’s unfair to ask either side to rush testimony. If this was all such a problem why not schedule the trial after the holiday weekend. She’s adamant this all be finished by Friday...a freaking murder trial? What the hell!
  • @Maybee60
That judge is treating the witness's as if they are on trial omg get rid of her. I would be in tear's I would need a comfort break and a blanket.
  • @Laura-thf
How unprofessional... it takes aslong as it takes .... She needs to chill out ..
  • @ajjay457
I have never seen a judge behave this way. She’s rushing everyone through this trial.
  • I’m surprised the judge didn’t ask state to play the audio in 1.5 speed
  • At the beginning of this trial, like most I felt the judge was cool & fun but professional! Now I feel completely differently, she’s very rude to the people giving evidence. They’re nervous & need guidance but she continually makes them uneasy with her attitude. One minute she jokes & act’s silly telling jokes normally about her Great Dane or she seems in a horrid mood, very weird & unpredictable!

Imagine being on trial for murder and having a judge who is only concerned with having a nice Labor Day weekend, or finishing the trial before it starts raining. Here’s how it works in every other trial: you can continue AFTER the holiday and/or AFTER it stops raining. This is madness.
  • How can a judge try so hard to rush testimony in a freakin MURDER trial!? She’s setting this whole thing up for a mistrial, as well as a number of appeals. Get rid of her!
