Raw Vegan Days 1 & 2

Just completed my second day (Dec 19, 2018) of my 30 Day Raw Vegan Challenge.
Down below is what my diet has been like for the past two days.
If there are any other raw vegans out there who would like to give some input (shhhh..don't tell Paul Nison I'm doing this just yet!), please advise.
I understand that my diet is probably more 99.5% raw....or completely natural. I do need a tiny crutch (ok...and a big crutch like coffee) for the time being.

Coffee - 0530
Water and ACV - 0600
Coffee - 0605
Persimmon - 0645
Pineapple (1.25lb cylinder container thing) - 0945
Kaleslaw salad (Walmart bagged) with celery, cucumbers, pickles, onions, and artichoke hearts with Vegan Salad Dressing
Banana and some almond butter - 0545

    Good luck with this. I don't eat meat but I would miss hot food. I love fruit but the acid in it would get to me, I would enjoy it though if I could eat it all the time, it sure is easier than cooking. : )
