The cast of Red Notice sat down to catch up with BBC Radio 1’s film critic Ali Plumb to share all about making the movie.

The Rock explains why he keeps being shot by rockets in his movies, Ryan Reynolds talks about the cast getting "the giggs" while trying to shoot, and Gal Gadot fills us in on the difficulties of making Ryan and Dwayne headbutt each other in a fight scene. Spoiler - some blood was shed.

Plus, The Rock talks about paying homage to Russell Crowe's famous line from Gladiator during a one on one fight scene between him and a bull.

Red Notice is available on Netflix.

I’ll be honest, the Rock and Ryan combo went better than really expected, their banter was funny 🤣

Three of the best actors and people have made a film together. Could it be one of the all time greats?
  • Gal Godot is timeless. She will be heart stoppingly beautiful when she’s 90…
  • Gal Gadot improves the happiness of everyone in the room wherever she goes by 100%.
  • "Oh fine, I'll take the charisma." As if Gal wasn't the most charismatic actor in Hollywood.

Loved how Ali just dropped the bomb on Ryan when he went and said "did you just sit down for two days and Ryan Reynolds it?"

Finally someone who says Gal Gadot’s name correctly. It’s really not that hard. Love Ali.
  • Netflix is pushing some serious PR for this between the talk show appearances and such. However this is the first one I have ever seen Ryan not playing a character. Thats a good sign of trust IMO. good stuff.

ahah great set for sure! Ryan is hilarious and wit. Gal is elegant and beautiful and the Rock no one wants to mess with. Ryan's jokes are omg. I want to see the blooper. Love that Gal so sincerely and always share funny behind the scene, unlike other stars.
