From the looks on their faces, I bet the defense attorneys are sorry they brought Amber on. Good job Amber. Also, the prosecution has been top notch!

Well, that backfired spectacularly for the defense! When she turned to the Jury and essentially told them to do what they have to do despite her personal beliefs on the death penalty was his nail in the coffin. Her informing the Jones family that if the DP is handed down by the jury that it's not her fault was another cue to the Jury to do what they have to do. Fry him.

This is beyond heartbreaking, All five children he took from her, I don't think I would be able to get up in the morning. The strength it would take just to put one foot in front of the other is unimaginable. My heart and prayers go out to her.

Timothy Jones took those kids and used them as a pawn. Only to hurt Amber. That is so sad!

Good qualities of Timmy...um...none... Bad qualities of Timmy....egotistical, self righteous, domestic abuser, hold grudges, bully, spoiled, Addict, alcoholic, torturer, a demented MURDERER.... Death penalty for the not my fault Timmy...

I'm so glad we got the hear from Amber again. I think she sounds like a very reasonable person. She knew she had work to do, ie. get a job, get an education, get transportation. She was getting all of that done and Timmy knew it. The next thing she would have done was ask for shared custody. She would have gotten it too. That's was set Timmy off. No way, no how, was Amber ever going to tuck her children into bed at night. Not while he could make that impossible. Punish the wife by killing the kids. That doesn't make him insane, it doesn't even make him a human being. I'm in agreement with Amber on the death penalty (thank goodness my state doesn't have it) and I also agree with her that the jury has to make that decision. Amber did not ask them to spare his life, that's what the social worker is trying to do with her visual aids etc. Will be an interesting end to this trial.

The jury are probably getting bored of all these defence witnesses.

Why are people saying they both didn't want their children..she is so upset and rightly so

He killed those children in spite and malice. He killed them to get back at Amber, she rejected him and he took away those who had held a prominent role in her life, those she chose over him.

This is further support for my position that women need to build a financially and professionally independent, self-sufficient life BEFORE partnering with a man. When you leave the quality and maintenance of your life to others, your choices are SIGNIFICANTLY diminished, and any children you have suffer for it!

It says alot about our society when a woman like this has no money to pay for an attorney during her divorce and custody hearings and someone like this narssistic prick has his daddy's money to burry her in court and everyone is saying oh where was mom she must be a POS mom. Listen where's the accountability for his family backing him financially while being a sadistic prick of a husband and father? No let's blame the poor mother. Furthermore how many woman and mother's are on here saying where's the mom where's the mom?!? 🤷 If woman spent as much time building up one another as we do tearing each other down woman really would rule the world! I can't even. This makes me physically sick. This poor woman will never ever ever get over this. She is going to be a basket case for real forever now.

The Jones family has a lot of explaining to do. Amber was begging for help during her visits with them and nobody paid any attention.

It’s funny that some people have an issue with Amber leaving. This was an abusive situation and if she had of stayed and he killed her too, then people would say well why didn’t she leave. He is a classic abuser - he isolated her and abused her. I don’t believe she had any indication that by her leaving, he would kill them. She thought removing herself and stopping the fighting was the right thing to do. She thought she could make something of herself and be better for them. She went back to school, got a good job and got a drivers license. She was doing what the court told her she needed to do to get her kids back. None of this should be put on this woman’s shoulders. And to top it off she has sympathy for the jones family after every lie they told about her. I hope the jury listens and realizes she was right in what she said about Tim doing everything that they accused her of doing. Moving in with an teenager, drinking, doing drugs, physically and mentally abusing the children, not feeding them properly, making sure Natahn and Merah knew they weren’t loved and they didn’t matter to him. Sad part is that the Jones family will blame her if he gets the DP. They will never admit that Timmy was the problem, not Amber. I hope she is able to move on and have a better life now. Oh and btw Tim Sr said she was sitting in the couch drinking beer instead of taking care of Gabe. If you look at pictures of Abigale she doesn’t look like a FAS baby. None of her children except Gabriel had any mental or physical disability’s. And she had Gabe while she was still with Tim. Stories of him slamming the brakes on while she was pregnant speaks volumes of what she probably went through.

More families are experiencing this type of abuse because family & divorce courts do not recognize the characteristics of the manipulative narcissists & punish spouses & children further by believing these abusive liars & giving custody of children to them until they kill their partners/children.

This poor woman.

Amber doesn't care if Tim Jr. lives or dies & I don't blame her. He created his own demise!

Kudos to the prosecutor, she was sympathetic, empathetic towards Amber... Amber was allowed finally to clear up the reality of their home life in which contradicts all 7 or nine or however many shrinks were on the stand receiving god knows how much money to save his miserable Life....great prosecution team....again kudos!
