Father of Timothy Jones Jr. doesn't want him to get death penalty for killing five children

The children didn't want the death penalty either and they were innocent!

I am not heartless, I truly do feel sorry for everyone who has been hurt by this tragedy, but the defense keeps trying to portray Tim jr as a victim. What about the babies? The babies were failed by their parents, grandparents, DHS. Tim Jr is not a victim he is a monster.

This is deep suffering in this man's eyes. I cry with him. This is a father's love. Unconditional love. The one his son didn't have for his children

His poor father. He looks like he hasn't slept in weeks and has been crying. Such destruction on the whole family. God bless those poor babies. My heart is aching.

This poor guy looks totally defeated, and worn out, what a crying shame, bless him it is devastating, his sons emotions are flat, god help this poor Grandfather, so sad.....

Unbelievable how one selfish man, Timothy Jones Jr., has literally destroyed not only his entire family but, I’m sure Amber & her family as well. So sad.

The defense should give it up....there is no defense. They are making it worse for him. He knew what he was doing. Period. He destroyed his entire family and caused so much pain.

This man’s grief is palpable. He comes across so genuine, a good man. I feel deeply sorry for him.

"OMG" I really feel for Jones Sr. He has really done a lot for his family. He has learned the hard way how important it is to be the rock. He is going through an emotional hell. May God be with you always, Sir.

If the mother had killed the children, they would've been demanding death penalty... I know it's his son, but killing babies is unforgiveable.

I feel really bad for this man. People are condemning him when he did the absolute best he could. He didn't ask for his son to be a murderer.

Dude keeps wiping his face, but there's no tears he has no remorse. His dad mourns more than him. So sad.

For all the eye wiping Tim Jr. does, I have never seen one second that looks like he has really cried, no red eyes no red face, no sniffling. He can act like he is crying one moment and in the next nothing. That is not the way emotions work
